Your tasks and responsibilities as a Sonographer include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and position patients and equipment in a safe, competent manner
- Perform sonogram examinations in accordance accurately and in a timely manner
- Responsible for imagining, recording and processing ultrasound images
- Obtain and document complete patient history as it relates to the procedure ordered and informed consent
- Maintain statistical results for quality improvement
- Basic Cardiac Life Support
- Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
- High School Graduate / GED
