Highlights of Opportunity/Qualified Candidates:
- Care Team Model of 4 physicians, 4 CRNAs covering 4 ORs plus 2 NORA.
- Diverse mix of cases including heavy Ortho, Endo, Neuro, Gastro, Bariatrics.
- No OB, hearts, or pediatrics
- Average surgical volume of 3600 cases annually.
- Schedule- 4 week rotation: Physicians are scheduled 2 weeks of M-F, 7a-5p, followed by a week of coming in later to finish cases and then be on call from home, 7p-7a, 4th week of rotation is off.
- There are 2 Physicians on to start the day. Supervision model and/or doing own case(s) as needed.
- $50K Start date bonus and relocation assistance available.
- Additional compensation if Physician opts to pick up extra call from home, 7p-7a
