Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Resource Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reduce supply expense and improve clinical efficiency. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive positive change and support our mission to deliver quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement division-based strategies to reduce supply expense per adjusted admission.
- Collaborate with the Division Clinical Resource Director to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to mitigate increases in supply expense.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy, or other Allied Health Profession required; Master's degree highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical operational hospital or healthcare-related experience preferred.
- Leadership experience (CNO, ACNO, Director, etc.) preferred.
- Multi-facility experience (Integrated Delivery Network, IDN) preferred.
- Supply Chain experience from a clinical perspective preferred;
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
- LPN/RN, Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP), Certified Value Analysis, Health Professional (CVAHP), or similar credentials preferred.
