- EMT Certification: A valid state-issued EMT certification.
- BLS Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required, to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Driver's License: A valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physical Stamina: The ability to lift and transport patients, sometimes in challenging conditions.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and colleagues
- Associate Degree, or Vocational School Graduate
