What qualifications you will need:
- Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree, Doctorate in Pharmacy, or PharmD degree required
- Registered FL Pharmacist License (Current) required; Board Certification preferred
- 8 years of experience in pharmacy in a hospital setting required
- 3 years in a clinical pharmacy position preferred
