Job Summary And Qualifications
The Clin Quality Coordinator ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. The Clinical Quality Coordinator directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance. This position provides operational support to the director and leadership to ICU personnel providing patient services with a focus on clinical competency and rendering of quality care.

What qualifications you will need:
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- BLS (AHA) within 30 days of employment
- ACLS within 60 days of employment
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) with 6 months of employment
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 90 days of employment
- PALS within 90 days of employment
- No Travel Required
- 1 year of Experience
