Job Summary:
We are seeking a Progressive Care Registered Nurse to provide clinical expertise and ensure high-quality, efficient care in a high acuity environment.
The ideal candidate will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of Progressive Care Unit patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide direct patient care and education to patients and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient information accurately and timely
Requirements:
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required
- Previous experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Current National Board Certification - PCCN, CCRN, or RN-BC highly preferred
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
