HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking an experienced Chief CRNA to lead the anesthesia team at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville Florida.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing a high performing team while maintaining strong clinical standards, operational efficiency, and team engagement.
Position Overview
Lead and supervise a team of 18 CRNAs practicing at top of license
Partner with hospital and operational leadership to align clinical and organizational goals
Drive quality improvement patient safety and team performance initiatives
Oversee staffing scheduling and perioperative workflow
Support recruitment onboarding and retention of CRNAs
Ensure compliance with credentialing regulatory and practice standards
Lead education and professional development initiatives
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience required
Position Highlights
Anesthesia care team with 12 anesthesiologists and 18 CRNAs
Diverse case mix including general ortho cardiac thoracic vascular obstetrics GI and endoscopy
Flexible scheduling options including 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts
Chief role requires minimum of 3-4 days on-site weekly
No call requirement and minimal weekend coverage
CRNAs perform arterial lines administer medications and perform select peripheral nerve blocks with proficiency
Opportunity to participate in cardiac cases if desired
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive tiered base salary based on experience
30,000 geographic stipend and 15,000 cardiac stipend if proficient
Up to 75,000 start bonus and relocation assistance available
Annual clinical leadership stipend
8-weeks time away from practice with no waiting period
Premium pay for extra shifts or extended hours
