HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital is seeking an experienced CRNA leader to serve as Chief CRNA overseeing a team of 18 CRNAs within a well-established anesthesia care team model. The Chief CRNA works collaboratively with facility anesthesia leadership and operations teams while maintaining a clinical presence and providing strategic oversight for staffing, quality initiatives, recruitment, and professional development.

Qualified Candidate/Opportunity Highlights

• Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the AANA/NBCRNA with 3 years autonomous working experience.
• Active licensure with current ACLS, BLS certification
• Anesthesia Care Team Model: 12 MDs/18 CRNAs
• Minimal weekend call requirement of 1 shift per month; (7a-5p and 8a-4p, Saturday and Sunday)
• Chief expected onsite 3-4 days per week
• Diverse case mix of general, orthopedics, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB, GI/Endoscopy
• CRNAs do A-lines, central lines, float SWANZ in cardiac room, perform peripheral nerve blocks, epidurals, and spinals

• $75,000 start bonus

• Additional $15,000 cardiac stipend for cardiac-proficient CRNAs
