Job Summary And Qualifications
The Lead Nuclear Medicine Technologist provides expert clinical and operational leadership within the Nuclear Medicine department. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient delivery of diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures while maintaining compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and radiation safety standards.
Serving as a clinical leader and subject-matter expert, the Lead Technologist coordinates daily workflow, supports staff development, ensures equipment readiness, and collaborates closely with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care across all age groups. This position plays a critical role in supporting accreditation efforts, radiation safety programs, and performance improvement initiatives while modeling professionalism, accountability, and service excellence.

- 4 year Bachelor Degree, required
- More than 5 years experience
- NMTCB Certification or ARRT Certification (NM), required
