**$75,000 Start Date Bonus plus No Call**
HCA Healthcare is seeking a CRNA to join their collaborative team at HCA Florida Northside Hospital in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida. This is a no call, no nights, no weekends position that provides excellent work/life balance.
Qualified Candidates/Opportunity highlights:
- Care Team Model of 2 Cardiac, 4 General Anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs
- Diverse mix of cases including, General Surgery, Cardiac, Ortho, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Robotics, etc. No OB/Trauma/Peds.
- No Call. Shift model: 8s or 10s available.
- Physician cover nights/weekends and can do their own cases.
- CRNAs are able to perform Peripheral Nerve Blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
Incentive/Benefits Package:
- Very competitive base salary plus $10,000 geographic stipend. Additional $15,000 stipend if cardiac proficient.
- $75,000 Start Date Bonus, with early sign-on option

- 8 weeks' Time Away from Practice, no waiting period, increased with years of service.
