Job Summary And Qualifications

• Oversees the daily operation of Non-Invasive Laboratory and EEG Department.
• Establishes and maintains communication channels to cardiovascular and neurology service physicians.
• Provides leadership and management to the Sleep Lab.
• Assists in the development of operations and capital budgets for Cardiopulmonary Services.
• Serves as a direct report to Administration for the Non-invasive Lab, EEG. Attends all necessary meetings, and, monitors and
  
  

completes PLUS reports.

• Serves as system administrator for various Cardiology Management Systems.
• Coordinates all employee timekeeping issues for the Non-invasive Lab, Sleep Lab, and EEG.
• Coordinates all routine supply orders for the Non-invasive Lab, Sleep Lab, and EEG.
• Serves as leader of Non-invasive Lab Quality Improvement team.
• Schedules Non-Invasive staff to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Monitors selected factors used in high volume, high risk and problem prone procedures/diagnostics.
• Completes all personnel actions in HRMS and Productivity systems.
• Coordinates the outpatient schedule for all departments in the Non-invasive Lab, Sleep Lab, and EEG.
• Coordinates all clerical aspects of the Non-invasive Lab, Sleep Lab, and EEG.
• Performs 90-day and annual reviews when due on all employees in the Non-invasive Laboratory and EEG Department.
• Coordinates all echocardiography with the Operating Room.
• Performs other related functions as assigned.
