Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example during complex cardiac and vascular procedures, ensuring precision, safety, and compassionate care
- Coaching, mentoring, and precepting team members to build confidence, skill, and alignment with best practices
- Overseeing workflow, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining a safe, sterile, and fully prepared environment
- Advocating for patients and families throughout the care journey, providing guidance, education, and reassurance
- Driving team success by supporting hiring, onboarding, and communication of new practices and standards
- High School Graduate / GED required
- (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer, or (ARRT-R) Radiography, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or Vocational School Graduate, or Vocational School Graduate
- BLS certification required
- ACLS required
- 2 years experience required
