Job Summary And Qualifications
The Manager Critical Care ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager also monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Manager also monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
What qualifications you will need:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or if currently not completed a BSN program then must enrolled within 6 months of hire into position and completed within 2 years is required; BSN Degree preferred
- A current BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association (AHA or American Red Cross) are required
- 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting required; 1 years of supervisory/leadership experience
