Job Summary And Qualifications
The Quality Management Nurse is responsible for ensuring data-driven performance management and quality improvement programs are designed and implemented in alignment with the organization's overall strategy. The position is responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating hospital wide process improvements resulting in more effective and efficient care to patients. Collaborates with department managers and staff for departmental data-driven approaches to PI using statistical tools for data analysis

What qualifications you will need:
- Current Associate Degree Registered Nurse
- Active RN license
- 2 years of hospital related experience
- Strongly prefer hospital risk/patient safety experience in a hospital setting
