We are seeking a motivated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic Neurosurgery team at a busy Level II Trauma Center. Our practice includes three attending neurosurgeons and three experienced advanced practice providers who provide comprehensive care for a wide range of neurosurgical conditions.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic Neurosurgery team at a busy Level II Trauma Center. Our practice includes three attending neurosurgeons and three experienced advanced practice providers who provide comprehensive care for a wide range of neurosurgical conditions.
About Position:
- Collaborate closely with neurosurgeons and mid-level providers in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Participate in operative first assist, pre- and post-operative care, and emergency consults
- Manage patients in the ICU, step-down, and medical-surgical units
- Rotate through clinic and hospital-based responsibilities
- Opportunity to assist with trauma call coverage and complex spine and cranial cases
- Work in a collegial environment with strong physician support and mentorship
- Full-time schedule with rotating hospital and clinic duties
- Participation in call rotation shared among APP team
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practiioner Program
- Current PA-C/NP certification and state licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous neurosurgery, surgery, or critical care experience preferred (new graduates with strong surgical interest will be considered)
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills
