HCA Healthcare is seeking an experienced PRN Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Advanced Practice Provider) to join our team in Southeast Florida at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital in the coastal city of Fort Pierce.
Qualified Candidates
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least three years of in-patient experience preferred
- Experience in acute care, cardiac, or pulmonology a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work weekdays and weekends (mixed schedule)
- No procedures / No codes
- Open ICU, intensivist coverage
- Schedule is 7am to 7pm - 7 on / 7 off block scheduling, with some flexibility
- Dedicated Nocturnist - 7pm to 7am on staff
- 12 Physician & 4 Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant full-time team with a deep per diem roster
