What you will do in this role:
- You will be responsible for assigning transporters duties and for monitoring the activities to improve productivity and assess employee performance.
- You will be responsible for scheduling, performance management, assigning duties, assisting with hiring and disciplinary decisions, ensuring staff meet certification requirements, and payroll duties.
- You will be responsible for participating in hiring decisions and disciplinary recommendations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Previous experience preferred
- Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with individuals
