Job Summary:

HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital is seeking a Trauma Medical Director for their Level II trauma center in Sanford, FL. The Trauma Program at Lake Monroe is actively developing an EGS program comprising of Trauma, Surgical Critical Care and Emergency and Elective General Surgery to better meet the needs of our growing community.

Qualified Candidates:

• Board certified in General Surgery
• Board certified or board eligible in Surgical Critical Care
• ATLS required
• Eager to be part of developing an elective general surgery practice for the trauma center
• At least 1-2 years of prior leadership/directorship experience required
