You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.

Job Summary And Qualifications
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.
What will you will do in this role:
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
- Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
- Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Float to Med Surg, Cardiac Neuro units and PCU
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation
- 2 years’ of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
- BSN is preferred
- NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of start
- American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of employment start date
