HCA Florida Lake Monroe Florida Hospital in Sanford, FL in conjunction with University of Central Florida College of Medicine (UCF COM) is seeking an exceptional Internal Medicine physician to join our residency program as core faculty.
Qualified Candidates:
- ABIM certification required
- Outpatient continuity clinic position
- Program will have 12 residents per academic year
- Prior experience in practice and resident teaching is preferred but not required
- Core faculty will actively participate in clinical supervision, mentoring, and teaching of residents and medical students, didactic presentations, serving on committees, and participating in scholarly activities
- Incoming physician will receive a faculty appointment with University of Central Florida College of Medicine (UCF COM)
- HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital has partnered with University of Central Florida COM to extend their reach to another excellent facility by building new programs in Internal Medicine, General Surgery, PM&R, Anesthesia, and Transitional Year with more to come in the future
