Qualified Candidates:
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Extensive Anesthesia Medical Director experience, preferably within multi-site practices
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare leadership experience, preferably in hospital-based physician services and/or healthcare consulting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience and working knowledge of healthcare systems management and financial oversight of clinical operations
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and lead physician teams across multiple locations
- Ability to travel locally up to 50% as needed
- Licensed or eligible to obtain an unrestricted Florida medical license
