Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Melbourne, FL, responsible for building and managing relationships with referring providers, employers, and community partners to drive growth for HCA Florida Healthcare facilities and services. Day-to-day, this role identifies new business opportunities, conducts outreach visits, presents service offerings, and follows up on leads to increase patient volume and service utilization. The Account Executive collaborates with clinical, administrative, and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with organizational priorities and to ensure a consistent message across all interactions. This position tracks and reports performance metrics, maintains accurate account records, and uses data insights to refine strategies and improve results. The role also represents HCA Florida Healthcare at events and meetings, promoting the network’s services in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in account management, relationship-building, and customer service, with the ability to cultivate long-term partnerships.
- Experience in sales, business development, or outreach, including prospecting, presenting, and negotiating to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and use CRM or similar tools to manage accounts and track activity.
- Knowledge of or strong interest in healthcare services, hospital operations, or physician practice dynamics; prior healthcare or medical sales experience is preferred.
