Job Summary And Qualifications
The Director of Critical Care CVICU ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit/department in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director of Critical Care CVICU fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

Job Summary And Qualifications
The Director of Critical Care CVICU ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit/department in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director of Critical Care CVICU fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.
What qualifications you will need:
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - required
- Master's Degree - preferred
- 3 years of CVICU experience
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
