Job Summary And Qualifications

We are seeking an Electroencephalograph (EEG) Technician. You will join a committed and caring team working to provide the best neurological and/or cardiac care possible. As our new EEG Tech, you will various Neuro-diagnostic procedures and monitoring of our patients. You will assist physicians by quickly and accurately processing test results and reporting findings. If you have a desire to help grow a program through innovative ideas & process improvement, please apply to join our innovative team.

Position Expectations and Responsibilities:

• You must be able to function independently without direct supervision.
• You should have knowledge of all EEG equipment.
• You will perform Standard EEG recordings.
• You will perform Sleep EEG recordings, portable recordings, isolation recordings and electro-cerebral inactivity evaluations.
• You will record charges and assist with coordinating procedures.
• You will serve as the primary contact for neurologists
  
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Graduate an accredited school of EEG Technology
• Certification in an EEG Registry preferred
• 1 year experience in a hospital setting
• BLS approved by the American Heart Association
• Must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds
