What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Solutions Manager position at HC3?
Purpose
The Client Solutions Manager plays an important role in the growth of HC3 by cross-selling and upselling current clients as well as generating tier 1 prospects. By effectively generating and developing quality sales leads among our existing client base and non-target prospects, this role helps increase the size of the company's client base and overall revenue.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Effectively communicate and promote HC3's brand in the marketplace.
- Execute the inside sales process to cross-sell and upsell current clients as well as generate leads with smaller non-target businesses.
- Meet annual revenue goals and key performance metrics.
- Use the Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) methodology to understand the progress prospects are seeking.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and HC3 products and solutions.
- Travel for conferences and presentations.
- Provide cold call lead generation support for the Business Development team.

Education, Experience, and Certifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of professional sales experience in financial services, core, or fintech
- Computer skills required
- Able to conduct on-site meetings during prospect business hours
Preferred
- Knowledge of Google Suite is a plus
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
In most cases, work will be performed in a climate-controlled office space. If approved for remote work, employees may work from a home office that is appropriate for focused work without distractions; all remote work must comply with the Remote and Telework Policy.
Travel
This role requires travel to conferences and presentations. Occasional flights and overnight travel may be necessary.
Physical Demand
This role will require using a computer for long periods of time while either sitting or standing. May occasionally require bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance when setting up the HC3 booth for conferences.
Position Type and Expected Hours
This is a full-time position for five, eight-hour days (at least 40 hours) per week. Hours may vary to ensure availability for meetings with clients and prospective clients.
