The Administrator is responsible for the administration of the day to day business operations: supervision of care provided, implementing and maintaining administrative practices, assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and enhancing the growth and profitability of the agency.



Snapshot of Center Target Candidate:

  • RN/Registered Nurse – Required
  • 2 Years Leadership Experience
  • 5 Years Home Health Experience
  • Must live in Indiana or be willing to relocated to the area.
  • Experienced in the Indianapolis, IN (and surrounding) Home Health Market
  • Verifiable, Proven Performance and Stable Work History
  • Collaborative, Communicative, Visionary, Adaptable, Solutions Oriented
  • Mentor/Trainer/Coach: Holds People Accountable
