Responsibilities:
- Team Recruitment & Development: Hire, train, and cultivate a standout team that delivers best-in-class customer service
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels to reduce stockouts and keep things fresh—especially important for bottled beer and liquor
- Exceptional Training: Lead industry-leading training programs to set your team up for success
- Employee Relations: Communicate effectively and tailor your approach to foster a supportive work environment
- Operations & Financials: Oversee daily operations, analyze financial reports, and manage expenses to align with budget goals
- Scheduling & Organization: Post schedules on time and complete routine tasks promptly
