Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing Lead Generator to join our team at a local flooring and tile store That we are approved to lead generate at.
In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of the store installation team — chatting with customers as they browse flooring, tile, and samples. Your main goal is to engage them naturally and book complimentary in-home estimates for our sales team.
This is a relaxed, part-time position perfect for retirees looking for extra income or college students wanting flexible evening and weekend hours. No prior sales experience needed — we provide full training!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers as they visit the store to look at flooring and tile samples
- Strike up friendly conversations to understand their needs and interest in new flooring
- Explain our complimentary estimate service and book appointments on the spot
- Be a positive, helpful presence in the showroom
- Track leads and appointments (simple system — we’ll show you how)
- Work independently while supporting the overall store team
Hours & Schedule:
- Part-time: 20–30 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends (prime times when customers shop)
- Ideal for someone seeking supplemental income without a full-time commitment
