Position Summary
As a Lawn Care Crew Member, you’ll help us maintain and beautify residential properties across Kerrville and the surrounding Hill Country area. This hands-on role includes a variety of lawn maintenance tasks and is ideal for someone who’s dependable, motivated, and enjoys working in a team setting.
Responsibilities
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns to keep properties looking clean and neat
- Perform landscaping tasks such as mulching, weeding, and planting
- Safely operate lawn equipment and power tools
- Assist with trimming shrubs and small tree care as needed
- Keep equipment clean and well-maintained
- Follow daily work schedules and complete tasks efficiently
- Provide friendly, respectful service to clients on-site
What We’re Looking For
- Prior lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
- Able to work outside in all types of weather
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Team player with good communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks
