• Supervising and directing day-to-day activities of field crews.
• Managing the equipment yard to ensure readiness and organization of machinery.
• Facilitating equipment logistics between various project sites.
• Collaborating with the maintenance team on equipment schedules and repairs.
• Enforcing adherence to company safety policies across all operations.
• Communicating with project managers to optimize manpower and equipment deployment.
• Planning site logistics and preparing sites for project commencement.
• Evaluating project progress and creating field reports.

• Have 5 years in heavy civil construction or equipment management.
• Exhibit robust leadership abilities with field team management experience.
• Skilled with heavy machinery, including excavators and loaders.
• Able to interpret job plans and scheduling documents.
• Possess top-notch communication and organizational skills.
• Hold a valid driver's license, with CDL as a bonus.
• OSHA 30 certified applicants preferred.
