Carpenter Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Perform all duties necessary, in the role as a carpenter, to uphold the identity and dignity of HC Company, our clients, subcontractors, and associates in the industry.
- Perform finish carpentry work involving but not limited to door installation, trim work, drywall, rough carpentry, insulation, and waterproofing.
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in construction
- Time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
- 5 years of experience
- Pass drug test
- Clean driving record
- Outgoing self-starter that has the ability to work well in a team framework
- Efficiency and communication are key qualities for success in this role
- Up to 3.5% matching with 6% employee contribution in 401K after 90 days
- Pay range starting at $24.00
- Health insurance in group group policy after 60 days, 100% paid monthly premium for employees; 50% paid for dependents.
- Two weeks paid vacation to start, three weeks at 5 years, and four weeks at 10 years of employment
