Job Summary
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to identify and secure strategic partnerships that drive business growth. This role focuses on building compelling value propositions, negotiating differentiated agreements, and ensuring seamless transitions to maintain competitive advantages. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partner Acquisition: Identify and target new partners; tailor value propositions and product offerings; ensure efficient onboarding.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate differentiated conditions with key partners to secure competitive advantages.
- Commercial Strategy: Analyze market trends, forecast opportunities, and build comprehensive propositions for revenue growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with acquisition, differentiation, and commercial teams to align strategies and ensure smooth transitions.
- Relationship Management: Build trust through a consultative approach; maintain strong external stakeholder relationships.
- Tools & Processes: Adopt and optimize company tools and processes for efficiency and consistency.
Requirements & Skill Set
- Proven experience in B2B Hotel Sector commercial roles with direct client interaction, contracting, and negotiation.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure optimal agreements in the B2B Hotel Sector.
- Strategic planning and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of hotel revenue management principles and product optimization.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly, and think creatively.

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
