HD Supply Facilities Maintenance is seeking a Delivery Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of 32 fleet drivers and 2 driver leads. Reporting to a DC Manager, you will oversee route efficiency, on-time delivery, fleet maintenance, and compliance with DOT and Hazmat regulations. This role requires coaching, mentoring, and hands-on evaluation of drivers, as well as managing vehicle inspections and records. Flexibility in start times is required to meet business needs.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience leading large teams in warehouse/distribution, DOT expertise, fleet and asset management, ERP/SAP experience, Descartes or similar transportation software, DriveCam or in-cab video familiarity, and strong Excel/MS Office skills. Bachelor’s degree is optional. Excellent communication and employee engagement skills are essential.
