Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Clinic Operation Manager with a strong background in healthcare management. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in healthcare management and will play a crucial role in managing clinic accounts, fostering relationships between HBox and clinics, driving enrollment growth, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Chronic Management Program.
Key Responsibilities:
· Clinic Account Management: Oversee overall clinic accounts and maintain strong, effective relationships with clinic partners.
· Enrollment Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive enrollment growth, meeting and exceeding targets.
· Provider Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with individual providers, focusing on revenue generation and patient care.
· Onboarding Support: Assist clinics with the onboarding process, including running enrollment drives and training clinic staff on applications, mobile apps, and devices.
· Workflow Coordination: Coordinate with internal operations and clinic teams to ensure smooth workflow for patient enrollment.
· Inventory Management: Liaise with logistics and clinic teams to manage and track the inventory of devices for patients.
· Travel Requirements: Travel to clinics and other locations as needed to support clinic operations and build relationships.
· Marketing: Promote the Chronic Management Program within clinics and engage with patients to increase awareness and participation.
· Reporting and Feedback: Report to the Head of Clinic Operations, providing feedback and suggestions to improve the HBox program and the overall virtual care solution.
Qualifications:
· 5-6 years of experience in healthcare management.
· Degree in Healthcare Management or a related field.
· Proven ability to manage clinic operations and drive enrollment growth.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Experience with inventory management.
· Willingness to travel as required.
· Innovative mindset with the ability to suggest and implement improvements.
