This is for a logistics company located in the city of Gardena.Responsibilities:Interacts in a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries regarding orders, routing, shipments, inventory counts, etc. in an effective manner.Schedule appointments with carriers, prepare routing information and shipping documents.Processing and inputting all customer orders.Filing and managing/updating excel spreadsheets.Ensures proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer generated invoices.Must have familiarity with 10 key.Must have strong communicaton skills and customer service skills.Bilingual preferred: English/Spanish1st shift from 8:00 am-4:30pm.The pay rate is $19.00/hour, weekly pay.
