What You'll Do:
- Build New Relationships
- Prospect and develop new personal and business insurance opportunities
- Build referral partnerships and community connections
- Generate new business through networking, relationship-building, and outreach
Consult and Guide Clients
- Assess client needs and identify coverage gaps
- Recommend tailored insurance solutions that provide meaningful protection
- Help clients make informed decisions about their insurance and risk management strategies
Grow and Retain Business
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Cross-sell and round out existing client accounts
- Work closely with our service team to ensure a seamless client experience
Represent the HBL Brand
- Serve as a trusted advisor in the community
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, referral partners, and carrier representatives
- Represent HBL at local networking events, chamber functions, community initiatives, and other events that support the communities we serve
- Support HBL's commitment to giving back through community engagement, volunteer efforts, and local partnerships
- Deliver the high level of service, professionalism, and integrity that defines the HBL Insurance experience
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Property & Casualty Insurance License (must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
- Valid Driver's License
- 1 years of sales experience with a proven ability to build relationships and generate business
Preferred:
- Insurance sales experience, either independent or captive
- Strong networking and business development skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
