Overview: 

Lindsay Automotive is one of the oldest Honda dealers in Central Ohio, dating back to 1973.  Lindsay Buick/GMC has been opened since November 2020. We are a service oriented  organization that prides itself on establishing life-long relationships with our customers.  We consider our employees to be one of its most valuable resources. A  Car Sales  Consultant for Buick/GMC, you are the gateway to the Lindsay legacy. Your role is to guide  clients through the evolution of the brand, from current technical innovations to the  unique specifications of their next dream vehicle. You are a storyteller, a technical expert,  and a high-level project manager who oversees the journey from factory order to delivery. 

Responsibilities Include: 

• Lead clients through the factory-ordering process, providing expert advice on paint-to sample options, interior textures, and performance packages to ensure every vehicle is a  one-of-a-kind masterpiece. 

• Serve as a certified subject matter expert. You should be able to discuss the brand’s 50- year-old heritage and its 10-year-future electric roadmap with equal fluency. • You will keep clients engaged and excited during the production and shipping process,  turning a wait time into an anticipated event. 

• Deliver high-tech vehicle handovers, ensuring the client is fully "onboarded" to the car’s  ecosystem, from driver-assist technologies to proprietary mobile apps. 

Qualifications: 

• A willingness to undergo rigorous manufacturer training and maintain "Brand  Ambassador" status through annual testing and factory summits. 

• You excel at selling "the dream"—securing deposits on vehicles that may not arrive for  months by building immense value in the brand and the build. 

• Expert use of manufacturer configuration tools and CRM software to track long-lead time clients. 

• You represent the [Brand Name] aesthetic. Your communication and appearance should  mirror the precision and elegance of the product. 

Salary : $50,000 - $100,000
