What We’re Looking For:

· A passion for advocating for clients in matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and workplace harassment.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong negotiation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings.

· Review and analyze employment contracts, handbooks, policies, and severance agreements.

· Prepare mediation briefs, trial briefs, and pre-trial filings.

· Communicate with clients on an ongoing basis regarding the status and progression of their cases.

· Collaborate with colleagues and senior attorneys to develop case strategy and achieve client objectives.

· Stay current on changes in federal and state employment laws and regulations to provide accurate and timely counsel.

Qualifications:

· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

· Active and good-standing membership with the California State Bar.

· 0–3 years of relevant litigation or employment law experience preferred.

· Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA.

· Familiarity with discovery processes, California civil procedure, and employment law fundamentals.

· Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
