What We’re Looking For:

  • A CA licensed Attorney with litigation experience in Employment Law.
  • A passion for advocating for clients in matters such as wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and workplace harassment.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A team player who is eager to collaborate and contribute to the firm's continued success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to employers and employees on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Review employment contracts, handbooks, policies, and severance agreements.
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and negotiate settlements.
  • Represent clients before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, DFEH, or NLRB.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to strategize case approaches and achieve client objectives.
  • Stay current on changes in employment laws and regulations to provide accurate and timely counsel.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in California.
  • 6 years of experience practicing Employment Law.
  • Proven litigation experience, including handling cases from inception to resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA.
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • A client-focused attitude with a commitment to achieving results.
