Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from start to close-out
• Review the project in-depth to identify key requirements and project milestones
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress on an ongoing basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems
• Negotiate terms of subcontracts and draft work scopes
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
• Ensure quality construction standards and processes
• Provide leadership for Project Team
• Proven working experience in construction project management
• Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process
• Familiarity with construction project management software packages
• Ability to plan and see the "big picture"

Education Level

• Bachelor's Degree
