We are seeking an experienced and motivated Armed Security Major to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and management, with a proven track record of success.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a team of armed security captains to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
- Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed to respond to security incidents
- Provide training and support to security personnel to ensure they are equipped to handle their duties effectively
- Monitor security systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents and activities
- Assist in managing budgets and resources related to security operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in security operations and management
- Knowledge of security regulations and best practices

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management software
- Physical ability to perform security duties as needed.
