We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Interior Design FF&E Coordinator to support our interior design team through all phases of the furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) process. This role serves as a key link between designers, purchasing, vendors, manufacturers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on schedule, and within budget.
The ideal candidate is passionate about assisting in the design process, excels at organization and communication, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This candidate would prefer to be on the purchasing side of the process.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and review purchase documentation
• Getting quotes and lead times for product
• Track purchase orders and deliveries.
• Update procurement logs when needed.
• Entering product into Studio Designer Software
• Verify or request specs from designers when needed
• Coordinate reselects with designers.
• COM form submittals
• Create furniture spec books
• Assist with invoices when needed
• Drapery and Softgood Worksheets
• Ordering samples
Qualifications
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial interior design, FF&E coordination, or procurement.
• Working knowledge of furniture manufacturers and commercial interiors.
• Proficiency in:
o Microsoft Office Suite
o Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
