Position Summary
HB is seeking a Client Service Associate for our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida office. In this role, you will play a key part in building and sustaining strong client relationships while working within a highly collaborative, tight-knit team. You will be primarily responsible for client administration and will provide broad support to your designated advisory team, as well as other teams when needed. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service and ensuring an outstanding client experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle client requests and inquiries, including money transfers, checks, wires, and ACHs.
- Process the opening, maintenance, and closing of client brokerage accounts, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
- Serve as a primary contact for clients and advisory team members, resolving issues through independent research and coordination with custodians or team colleagues.
- Assist with preparation for client meetings.
- Update and verify client, account, and transaction information; maintain accurate records in the CRM and document management system.
- Support client offboarding tasks.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and protect client personal information.
- Act as a resource for colleagues across departments.
- Complete special projects and other tasks in support of clients and the advisory team as needed.
