Position Summary
HB is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as Associate, Automation and Digital Transformation. In this role, you will take ownership of existing Microsoft Power Platform solutions—including PowerApps, PowerAutomate flows, and Dynamics CRM configurations—and ensure they continue to meet business needs. You will also help design and build new applications and automations that improve processes and support our digital transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing PowerApps, PowerAutomate flows, and CRM configurations.
- Build new apps and workflows to support evolving business processes.
- Build custom connections to 3rd party APIs.
- Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform tools.
- Document processes and provide user support and training.
- Follow best practices for Power Platform governance and security.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (required).
- At least 1 year of experience with PowerApps and PowerAutomate.
- Basic understanding of data sources like SharePoint, Dataverse, and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Intellectual curiosity and perseverance when faced with challenges.
- Successful completion of a criminal background and credit check is required.
- Hybrid schedule: 60% in-office / 40% remote.
- Ability to successfully pass criminal background / credit check required.
- Familiarity with Dynamics CRM (preferred).
- Exposure to Power BI or other Microsoft 365 tools.
- Experience in financial services or wealth management.
- Interest in automation and digital transformation.
- Copilot Studio experience is a plus.
