Position: Ballot Support

Location: San Bernardino, CA

Pay: $19.98/hour

Experience: Previous clerical, warehouse, or administrative support experience preferred.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Day Shift (Mandatory overtime, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.)

HB Staffing is seeking a Ballot Support to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Operate and monitor election equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and input inventory into machines.
• Record and reconcile batch information.
• Verify output materials and ensure accuracy of processed information.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on election materials, equipment, and processes.
• Complete the required paperwork related to the election material recording.
• Perform related warehouse duties, including lifting, moving, and organizing supplies.
• Maintain election equipment and assist with routine maintenance.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to apply policies and guidelines effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, bending, and standing for prolonged periods.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to follow directions while working independently.
