Key Responsibilities
- Conduct safety inspections on active construction sites
- Identify hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Deliver on-site and virtual safety training and education
- Consult with clients, project managers, and field teams on best practices
- Prepare clear, timely, and accurate reports using company systems
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and project teams
- Travel throughout the Southeast region (overnight and occasional weekend travel required)
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of commercial or industrial construction experience
- Prior safety experience as a Superintendent, Project Manager, or Safety Professional
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety practices
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- OSHA certifications (OSHA 30 or higher) preferred
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally
- Ability to work flexible hours (not a standard 8–5 role)
- Ability to pass a drug screen and 15-year background check
