ASSISTANT GAMES MANAGER

HB Leisure is the leading attraction partner for skill games and amusements around the world operating in over 100 theme parks across 25 countries.

As an Assistant Games Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Games Manager with the running of the games either stand alone or at one of our partner parks, ensuring budgeted targets are achieved and operating standards are adhered to. To work within given budget constraints while pursuing maximum operating efficiency and profitability.

JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Assisting the Games Manager with the day to day operations of our Games.
• Assisting with maintaining a safe work environment for our team members
• Assisting with the recruiting and training a highly-motivated team to reach daily sales targets
• Providing world-class guest service to our park guests

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have great guest service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
• Be willing to learn the art of sales and motivated to reach daily sales targets
• Be honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethic
• Be able to demonstrate a high-level of attention to detail
• Be available full time. Including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to lift 20lbs and be able to stand for up to 8 hours
• Be able to stay productive during slower business hours and when working alone
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to follow instructions and comply with company standards.
• Experience in amusement games at supervisor level, preferred.
• Team management or supervisor skills
• Self-directed and highly motivated
• Sales Experience of 1 year (Desirable)
• Customer Service of 1 year (Desirable)
