About the Opportunity:

As the District Manager, you will be instrumental in leading and directing the restaurant operations and overall success of 5-7 Burger King® restaurants in the Eastern Idaho market. This pivotal role involves guiding, coaching, and directing multiple Restaurant Managers. You'll be accountable for ensuring the entire market meets or exceeds operational excellence, adheres to all standards, and champions our Company’s core values. What You'll Do:

• Lead multi-unit operations, driving same-store sales and profitability goals.
• Coach Restaurant Managers on P&L statements, labor, food, and waste control.
• Ensure adherence to Company standards, policies, and procedures across all levels.
• Drive effective training and leadership development for multiple Restaurant General Managers.
• Champion Guest satisfaction and resolve concerns with excellence.
• Consistently exhibit and reinforce Company core values.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in Restaurant Management.
• 5 years of Restaurant Management Experience, with 5 years in a Multi-Unit Leader role.
• Experience leading and developing 3 Restaurant Leaders simultaneously.
• Expertise in marketing, restaurant operations, and financial acumen.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven leadership, integrity, and the ability to foster positive working relationships.
• A leader and advocate of Company core values who drives results with honesty, integrity, and empathy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
