What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Staff position at Hazy Mountain Vineyards?
Hazy Mountain Vineyards is hiring part time staff Banquet Staff for our Events Venue. You'll be joining a dynamic and passionate team who take pride in creating beautiful wedding and event experiences at an exceptional mountaintop property. All banquet staff is included in a daily tip pool, with a minimum hourly guarantee of $20 per hour (hourly rate with tips is often much more).
Our tasting room sits above our Afton vineyard estate 1.5 miles from the intersection of Route 151 and Route 250, an easy commute from Waynesboro, Crozet, and Charlottesville.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in catering, hospitality, or food service preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- A positive attitude and a team player mindset.
